I don't really see whypeople get so worked up when someone says carbon doesn't work...........there are hundreds of products reviewed here every year. Thisis no different.
We'll always argue about which bow is best, what camo is best, which truck makes you more of a man, who's wife is hottest, etc.

Carbon IS amazing stuff! Its organic for sure - and we know its great in arrows, the Stealth bomber, now tires, all kinds of things. In fact I think carbon and charcoal are pretty much the same thing. (Not sure who). And while they DO have great properties - being ultra strong and light in weight - they aren't Kryptonite either!
IMHO - it should be illegal for ANY manufacturer, vendor, retailer, etc. to state anything in their ads, sales ads, etc. stating ANYTHING that can't be proven in black-and-white on paper by a REAL scientist in a REAL laboratory by a firm that has absolutely NO vested interest in the product, are paid by the manufacturer, etc.

Because its our nature to turn everything into a pissing contest, basically.

I was not dressed well...........froze my arse off. Temps in the 20'sand a couple inches of snow had the teeth chattering a bit. Easy to test the wind though when youcan see your breath

Just blew out the sprinklers yesterdayfor a guy who got into an accident several days ago.
He came outside while I was blowing his sprinkler and we were talking about it.
Apparently he hit a decent 8 point and totaled his new car driving home from work Monday night. He told me this was the third car he had ruined from hitting deer, and each one had had those deer whistlers installed.

It's the same way that you can claim that your product is the "best"but you better never say that you product is "better" without proof. It is similar to how the term lean is not governed. You can put the term lean ona bucket of lard if you want to but you better not say it has less fat.
Not quantifiable. Got it.
The carbon companies do the same thing because if they didn't they'd have to prove it.

Just make sure you don't make any roll down the window sounds. That is what really spooks the deer.
