Default arrow length please help

I just bought a bow and have never bow hunted before and I was wondering how long the arrows should be. My bow has a 29 in draw length.

I know alot of people like to have 1 inch of clearence for safety reasons. I like to have mine the same legth as my draw length which gives me no clearence but I like it that way. But that's with release aid and sights. If and when I shoot instinct with fingers I prefer at least 1 inch of clearence, but no more that 2 inch.

I like a 1/2" to 3/4" longer than my rest. If you new to archery, make sure your draw lenght is correct first. If its too long or too short it will effect your shooting. Just because it feels ok or seems okay dosen't make it right.

Good Luck!
