Default No Blood on Arrow

How many of you have found your arrow with no blood/hair and still have been able to find a blood trail?

Thanks

You cannot send an arrow through the body cavity without it at least having blood or guts on it. If you have nothing on the arrow and then find a blood trail (it can happen) than you have a miss, a flesh wound, nick the bottom, leg, back..never entered the body but caused slight hemoraging. Been there, this equals a live deer.

~30 yrs ago, I shot at a buck almost directly below me. The arrow did not have any visible bloodor viceral matter on it,but there was a very thin layer of fat on it. The shot went out the brisket, and the arrow had been wiped"clean". I found the buck about 200 yds away after~1.5 hrs. I backtracked, and the only blood was in the last 25 yds when he stumbled. Tallow had plugged the exit hole. It is possible...
