I have an older Olympus 4mp camera that I keep in the car. It's just too bulky and noisy to use in the woods. Currently in the market for a small digital camera and camcorder to use from my stand. Something small, light and makes little noise.

I take mine with me. I just turn the sound and flash off. Works just fine with no problems

I've been taking my digital camera with me for the last 2 years. I even bought a compact tripod that fits in my fanny pack for the in-the-field hero shots!

Haven't before but intend to this year. I would think turning the flash off would be important
