can you believe no hunt on sundays n.c
you can what naked women fich golf play baseball football and drink so why cant you hunt.n.c states they would have to rewrite season dates and limits and would have to hire more officers and that it would take away from quality family time on sunday i am not making this up this was there answers ata meeting and also published in the nc sportsman what hog wash!!!!!!! what do you guys and gals think i dont know of any better quality time than up a tree or chasing beagles around do you?

It is the same here in VA as you all know. I think it is going to take a class action suit against the state and a judge to rule it unconstitutional. Where else does any state or the Federal Government worry about my quality time with my family. This also has to be the only laws that I know of where the Politicians are trying to "Serve" the church. They should not be able to legislate this issue without invoking the same rules on fishing and all of the other outdoor sports. There are 5000 soccer games every Sunday in Northern VA and nobody says a word. I guess you can see you pushed my button this afternoon. What happened to Tim Kaine being the Sportsmans Governor?

Get your local hunting clubs and organizations together to petition your game boards with well thought out, valid reasons to allow Sunday hunting:
1.) INCREASING quality family time.
2.) Decreasing deer overpopulation (get insurance companies involved with this one)
3.) Pointing out the unjust regulation singling out hunters vs. other sportsmen
There are states where sportsman have changed Sunday hunting laws in their favor such as NY, you may want to do google search and look at how they were successful.
