im relitivly new to bow hunting ive shooten bows befor and now im 16 almost seventeen and looking into getting a bow im left handed and just starting to look i wnat to get a bow and some arrows and still stay under the 400 dollar mark so any suggestion would be really appreciated

check the reflex line of bows. they have a few nice ones for under 400

Just go to your local bow shop and they will set you up. I'm also left handed it's a little harder to just go in and buy a bow. You will probably have to order one.
