Congratulations! You stated that you used the Rage 100gr 2-blade broadhead. Were you impressed with the results? I am thinking about trying those heads sometime.

Very impressed. The deer was slightly quartering away so I shot her in the paunch and it came out at the lungs. The entrance hole wound up being,not even kidding, about 2-3 inches wide and the exit wound was like a ten gauge. Just huge. The deer ran about 100 yards in a circle and died 25 yards from my stand. Even though she was hit slightly in the guts and then the lungs she was dead in 5 mins max. The arrow wound up breaking off as the fletchings were what stopped it from completely passing through, so I did not find the other half of my arrow so I didnt get to see if there was any damage but man they did the job. I will be buying more of them that is for sure.

Nice one. I got my first deer with a bow only last year, and was told you'll always remember that first one the best. Congrats to you and good eating!!
