OK I've been practicing with my Muzzy 3 blade 100 gr. at a Cabelas Broadhead Target and the thing is getting worn out in the center. I'm doing my practice at 20 yards. Is there anything, aside from buying a new target that would stop the Muzzy and not damage it that I could stuff in the middle? This target has a few more days of use on it at best, as the arrows are being stopped about 4" from the flecthing now. I really don't want that Muzzy to slam into the stone wall backing.
Any ideas, aside from a new target would be appreciated. BTW I'm only shooting 10 or less arrows per day because of this problem.

Here's something that I want to try, just haven't yet.The expandable foam in a aerosol can that Home Depot sells. It's called 'Great Stuff'...I've used it to insulate the cracks in my bob-house, I think it would work great on a target that has been chewed up by broadheads.

Cover the target with contact paper, like for lining cabinets, then spray in great stuff but you have to wait about 12 hrs for it to set up completely, otherwise your arrows get messed up. Why are you only shooting at the middle? I usually make 4-6 dots on the perimeter to shoot at avoiding the middle except for really long shots like 40yds or more.
