Default second day shooting, slicing nocks and vanes

well guys i finally got my bow tuesday and i shot it a little wednesday and didnt do to hot but today i was getting some pretty good groups and i messed up two of my arrows today already (after loosing one yesterday) well today i cut the nock on one of my arrows, still shootable i think but im not too happy. I also cut the vanes off another. i was pretty happy but upset at the same time. These arrows where brand new, bought them yesterday. Oh well i guess its a good excuse to have all of them refletched with some blazers. it was only at 10yds but i think thats not to shabby for someone who has never shot a compound bow before now.

Congrats and welcome to the forums!

What kind of setup do you have? You should move back to 20 yards since you are shooting good at 10 yards. You will find that you should be able to use your top pin for both of above said yardages.
