Default question on arrow length from catalogs/ online?

When you order arrows from cabelas, for example...does the number they use for the arrow length represent draw length or actual carbon arrow length (excluding the nock and insert). Thanks...

Default RE: question on arrow length from catalogs/ online?

If you order an arrow with the knock installed it is presumed to mean lenth of arrow from string point in knock to tip of arrow just as you would measure it yourself. Blanks (carbon) are overall length.
