to tell you the truth, sounds like a good dad - tough - but good. ain't gonna take you long to grow up. you have to learn in life there are consequences to your actions. you have to become a thoughtful person. he's trying to help you understand that, and keep you around long enough to get it- and the sooner the better.

Me and my dad did work it out. I still get to hunt i just lose the truck until school starts. I already learned my lesson but this punishment is better then not being able to hunt.

I only went 48 in a 40 on a 3 lane road. I thought a ticket for that was a bit harsh.

Well they have to make their quotas. Glad you get to hunt. drive 5 mph under the speed limit till your 18.

A hard lesson to learn , somehow I think there's more to the story . You don't have to leave here , whther you're able to hunt or not you can still come here to learn and socialize . Your Dad will cool off sooner or later , but I'd strap on the ol' kneepads if I were you . If he's anything like me you'll need them .
