I bought a Game Spy 1.3MP camera last year and recently the flash stopped working. I called Moultrie and they told me to send it back with the sales receipt for warranty. So I sent it back last week and today I received a package from Moultrie. To my supprise they did not fix my camera but sent me a brand new 3.1MP camera. Now that is what I call customer service. They are a QUALITY company, its nice to find a company that cares about its customers.

It all nice and everything. And you made out well. But remember that consumers are paying for it one way or another and it's usually though inflated prices to begin with.

moultree is famous for their low quality junk , but the newer cameras have been getting a fair to so so rateing , much better than any of their products from the past .

At ~ $160 apiece for a 3.1 MB unit, the Moultrie is hardly inflated. Granted it's of slightly lesser quality in some respects, but there are others there in the same class of camera out there for over $300!

You couldn't build a 3.1 MB unit, that works even halfs as reliably, for $169.

Moultrie has been nothing but awesome when I have delt with them in the past.

Trembow, business reality is that the consumer is paying for customer service, replacements, and warranteesone way or another. I have nothing to comment on this individual company at all .

IMO that is excellent customer service. They obviously know how to help their customers make up their minds whether to deal with them again.
