I've seen the promos for the guillitine and it would seem to solve a few problems, if used right, but it's not really an option for mesince itisn't legal in SD, either. It's wider than it is long and it has more than 1 7/8 cutting edge.

This was my first year turkey hunting and I used a Muzzy at 30 yards. One shot, no problem. He didn't go anywhere.

Kamil - I have both of those types of broadhead 'backers' (the spring type and the Adder) but I've never shot them at a bird before. Which one works best?

I think that the judo point(the one with the four claws ) will work better...This is my theory...the broadhead cuts through the bird while the judo point slows down the arrow so that it will stay inside the bird to avoid it flying away or going too far...as the broadhead cuts the judo point slows it down... the other one i have a feeling cuts more and doesnt work as well, but thats my opinion
