some have dropped i found a five point side right after the first of the year and just yesterday i saw two very nice bucks sporting both sides still. can be found all over but i concentrate on trails and creeks or fence crossings where they may jar them loose

Yep, I got a report from a guy who drives 30 miles through Illinois every morning and every afternoon... usually sees deer on his route, and he told me yesterday he saw a big 10 point still carrying his headgear.

I'm waiting a bit before I head out and do any serious looking...

I wonder if the screwy weather we have had this winter has had any effect? Maybe too many sunny days alters the photoperiodism response?

I have had a lot of success in the pat in thick brush where they go through there and hit their antlers on the brush.
Good Luck Man!
