Tribute Finds New Home: New Pics!

Congratulations on the new bow. I have yet to hear a negative thing about it and that is pretty impressive when you consider how critical folks on the web can be of new products. I have yet to lay my hands on one but am really looking forward to getting my new Old Glory. These bows are something special.

The Shop owner told me that the drop-away stylerest work better tied to the cable slide instead of served in. We had it paper tuned in two shots so I am assuming at this point there is no fletching contact. After about 75-100 shots none of my fletchings appear to be damaged and the flight path appears straight.
I did have to take the rest off today so I could verify my serial number and might have moved it from original setting, but it stills seems to be shooting accurate.

Thanks for the info, that's good to hear. It will sure make set-up & tweaking a lot easier to do instead of having to serve it in.
I know simms & another tephlon slide are now coming with the hole to tie in a drop away, I wonder which one has the correct string & cable offset for the tribute?

Awesome looking bow! I haven't heard one negative comment about the tribute either. I'm gonna testshoot both thetribute and allegiance in a couple of weeks when my local shop finally gets them in. I'm really looking forward to upgrading from my old 2000 model reflex (although it has been a great bow). I'm a diehard Mossy Oak fan...how about a nice close up of how the Obsession pattern looks on that bad boy!

If the grip is your only problem you should think of removing it. I have small hands and big grips are just a bummer. Not only that, the bigger grips are the main reason for inconsistancy and the occasional fliers from a lot of folks. Think about taking it off. I took mine off my Darton(which is a small grip to begin with). Wrap the handle with the rubber anti vibration wrap made by Sims, the limb saver people. Not only does it give you a nice small grip but it also insulates you from the cold riser on those cold winter days.

That arrow with the white vane on it in your picture looks like it has the tell tale black skid marks on it of vane contact.......maybe it's an old arrow or I am seeing things but check it out to be sure.
