If the grip is your only problem you should think of removing it. I have small hands and big grips are just a bummer. Not only that, the bigger grips are the main reason for inconsistancy and the occasional fliers from a lot of folks. Think about taking it off. I took mine off my Darton(which is a small grip to begin with). Wrap the handle with the rubber anti vibration wrap made by Sims, the limb saver people. Not only does it give you a nice small grip but it also insulates you from the cold riser on those cold winter days.
