60#
I can draw heavy bows up over 100# but with my 30" draw length and high performance bows there just isn't a need for heavy draw weights for me.
I can get 70# ft lbs+ of KE out of a 60# bow and the ability to draw or let it down extremely controlled in any position or weather.
Nothing like sliding back a 60# bow when the pressure is on. There's no worrying about struggling with getting er' back, and once it is........that's all she wrote.

mine's set at 50...it's maxed out.
i have such a short draw that's it's hard to find a bow much stronger than that but eventually i'll get something with a lil more power...but right now my bow works just fine for me.

I shoot 74 lbs. off of my Hoyt & 85 lbs off my Jennings. Had both maxed out since I had them. Both are comfortable where they are so no need to drop the weight right now.

72# Because my bow is 60-80# and I was told it's best to use your bow at max poundage but I could only manage the 70# but settled finally on the 72# because the arrows flew so well at that setting. It was a little tough the first year and had trouble once or twice during cold days but I've been shooting it that high for so long now it doesn't seem much at all now. I usually shoot 25 arrows a day getting geared for the season and 50 or more as it gets closer. I'm about average build but because I use these muscles often that they get stronger. Ego never entered the equation, at the time I thought I was pulling lighter than most guys.
