My Adcock Longbow is 56 pounds.
When it arrives, my Thunderstick will be in the 58 pound range.

i'm currently shooting 45# only becuase i didn't allow myself enough time before the season to get up to 50# and i was hunting in cold weather and i was having enough trouble drawing 45# after sitting for a while. i'm planning on getting up to at least50# but hopefully i'll be shooting 55# by next deer season.

Although I can draw a bow that is set up at 684.8 lbs.......and can piss higher than most on the wall.......I prefer to have mine set at 62 lbs.

62 lbs for me....and I get 283 FPS out of my setup. I don't need more....and I never have to worry about the cold mornings in the stand. I may have them crank mine down to 64-66 in the future......but I'm happy with the performance I'm getting right now.

My bow is set at 68#s cause i dont shoot it all year round or i have it at 75#s i have a short draw length at 27 1/2ins so i have to shoot as high as i can make sure that the arrow will pass threw. i have a bowtech extreme vft it is has a pretty smooth pull back on it to so that helps.
