Default hunting for the wrong reasons

i feel alot of people hunt for the wrong reasons. like 2 see how many they can get or "to let em(thedeer) know im there". and ik know people who have never killed a buck let alone a deer that wont shoot anything!! unless it will score because his dad doesnt. i mean it is his personal opinion but imo when he sees one in range he will crap his pants and possibly wound it. i mean yes i want toshoot big bucks but ive got 1 doe under my belt and im not going to hold out for a huge one until ive got a few more deer. others taking 4-5 shots on deer just because...its a deer

to me they are missing the point of hunting and theoutdoors
to me its more of being in the woods with family and freinds and dont get me wrong i love getting animalls but thats just an added bonus of the hunt.
maybe im nuts

Haven't you heard? There is no right or wrong any more. Just varying shades of gray. Well, except that it's VERY wrong to tell someone else what they are doing isn't right. The political correctness police will hammer you, every time.

There are hunters and there are people who hunt. What someone else does in the woods as long as it's legal and ethical (two different scales) doesn't normally effect the rest of us. We all have to decide the reasons we hunt and hopefully we're not stepping on the toes of the guy next door and promotes the sport rather than degrading it....but we all know everyone doesn't heed to that advice.
