Well lastnight I was out working on my new rifle stand because it was way too windy to bow hunt. There I was hammering away cursing, sweating, bleeding, crying, you know the routine. But anyway in the midst of all my hard work and noise I did see a coupple bucks chasing does. Nothing big or anything but none the less they ran right past my stand within 20 yards. It's true what they say, when the rut is on, deer do lose all their senses except one, and they really dont give a darn!!! I love this time of the year. Next Saturday is our gun opener, 9 days of sitting in the woods and getting paid for it, gotta love it.

I don't know, no buck gets that big w/o knowing what he's doin.

He figured you didnt have a shot in hell to ge him so he ran by you taunting you, if you had your rifle or bow and were sitting waiting for him you wouldnt of see jack. We all know thats how it goes, its like they know when your hunting and know when your not!
