Just wondering how you wash Scentlok cloths. It says not to wash, but you have to wash it if it gets nasty. I killed a hog the other day and am sure the smell of sweat and blood was on it. Is there a special soap for washing these cloths or method?
Thanks Guys

Scentlok and Scentblocker make their own detergent designed specifically for washing activated carbon suits. It is only recommended washing carbon clothing no more then 2-3 times per season or only when needed (IE-covered in blood/mud) Excessive washings will gradually break down the activated carbon.
Wash the suits in cold water on the gentle cycle. When done, hang dry outside on the line. When the garment is dry, throw in the dryer for 30 minutes on highest heat setting to activated the carbon. When done in dryer they need to go immediately back into a scent tight storage bag of some kind.
I use the Scentlok Detergent on my Dream season suit in the process as stated above. I washed mine right when I bought it earlier this year to remove the smell it collected from sitting in the store and people touching it. If its covered in blood I would certainly wash the suit...
