I shot a deer that had been hit by a Camaro in front of me, because it was trying also to get through a barbwire fence and couldn't use it's back legs, I told the driver I was going to do it and he said he agreed and said he'd wait a few minutes before calling the cops so I could leave. It is definatly against the law, especially since it was technically w/i the city limits of Sioux Falls, but screw it, sometimes you just do what's right.
