A guy in my hunting group (NOT ME) has been gun hunting for over 30 years. About 5 years ago, he forgot to BUY A LICENSE!!! So opening morning, he had to sit in a stand with his dad. Imagine being 40+ years old, and forced to sit in a stand with your father again!

Man we still tease him about that one!!

I forgot my release 1 time, thats why I carry a back pack with everything in it even a spare release, because I have also dropped my release from my stand. Sometimes sh** happens.

I've never forgot my main weapon (bow/gun) but I have forgot ammo and mags. I always bring spares or extra weapons though for backup.

I can say ive never left my weapon, but i use to always forget my boots on trips. That really sucked. You ever hunted in 20 degree weather in converse all-stars?

Never forgot to buy my license , but I'd give anything to be able to sit in a stand with my dad again!
