How many of you have walked all the way to your tree stand and realized you left your bow in the truck ( or car) ?

Never done it with my bow, but my dad and I drove 45 min. to our duck club, made the 20 min. boat ride to our blind, and discovered just before shooting time that we had left our guns at the house!

I have never pulled that one, but I have left my release on two different occasions over the years.

Never.

I left my release in my bow case in the truck this year during the early season though. It was my first time hunting out of my newground blind, and I guess in my excitement to try it out, I forgot toput my release on.Fortunately the truck was only about 80 yards away from where my ground blind was.

Left my harness at home today...felt naked w/o it. Still shot a buck.

Hasn't happened to me yet. But I've forgotten little things like grunt tube or rattling bag before.

Never done that but, about 10 years ago we got into moose camp which is a 24 hour drive from home and about 4 hours from the nearest town got the wall tents up and started getting my gear organized and realized I had left my underwear at home[:'(]. I had to threaten my near hysterical hunting buddies to each cough a pair at knife point to get me through my 8 day moose hunt. Funny, nobody wanted them back at the end of the week. Top that brain fart.
