Never done it with my bow, but my dad and I drove 45 min. to our duck club, made the 20 min. boat ride to our blind, and discovered just before shooting time that we had left our guns at the house!

Never.
I left my release in my bow case in the truck this year during the early season though. It was my first time hunting out of my newground blind, and I guess in my excitement to try it out, I forgot toput my release on.Fortunately the truck was only about 80 yards away from where my ground blind was.

LOL! Never forgot my weapon(bow or gun), but have forgot ammo(Thanks to my bro for shooting the same stuff that I did) and have forgot my release twice at the truck. Toobad a bow hunt alone. ha, ha

Never done that but, about 10 years ago we got into moose camp which is a 24 hour drive from home and about 4 hours from the nearest town got the wall tents up and started getting my gear organized and realized I had left my underwear at home[:'(]. I had to threaten my near hysterical hunting buddies to each cough a pair at knife point to get me through my 8 day moose hunt. Funny, nobody wanted them back at the end of the week. Top that brain fart
