I'm surprised that no one has brought up Big Foot yet! Could be a sibling of him/her. Just a thought. LOL!!

Never in a million years would I have guessed so many people would look at a relatively standard picture of a bobcat and call it a mt. lion. No wonder there's so many people who see mountain lions in Pa.
I couldn't have said it any better myself. All I know is that I wouldn't wanna be a bobcat in cougar season.

Oh my there are a lot of post on this. Lets see, I believe it looks like a mt. lion in the picture because it isn't very clear, I do however, believe that it is in fact a bobcat. Although if you look close, I think it might be my cat, does he have a flea collar on? If so call to him, and see if he answers to the name, Six.

Well, we have alot of bobcat here and some lynx, but I don't think it looks quite right. I did a google search and there is an animal called a caracal. It lives in Africa and India, but there's always the possibility somebody had one and it got loose. Here's an illustration and a photo. Check out the ears and tail....

Double creek, Great picture of a bobcat. The head looks like the original picture that was posted. In both pictures the bobcats are panting, changing the shape of its head. If you cover up the body and just look at the head you would swear it was a mountain lion, but it is not. www.pbase.com/mlo3135127

Is it to late to change my mind now After seeing the pic that Double Creek put up, I will have to say that looks like the same cat, same stride just in different directions, So what ever the cat is in Double Creek's pic, I will say the other cat is the same..
