Default Peep Sight Question??

On my set up I use a peep sight with the rubber tube. When I shoot I thinnk I get a twang noise from it. Does any body else hear a noise from it. I did recently replace it with a new one. The old one started to rot and broke several times. Does different lengths make a difference?

are totaly in love with that style peep ?
you could go with the "shurz-a-peep" and avoid the tube all together.

Actually I am. I had the style with out the tube and just didn't like it. I feel that I can see through this one better.

That is actually what I shoot but I realize it isn't for everyone as some folks have trouble seeing through the split string as certain angles. I do think that tube length can play a part in the amount of noise it creates. Try using different lengths to see if it helps any. I would prefer a shortertubing but may be wrong in my assumption.

I did away with the peep all together and am shooting great. Shot two nice bucks last year and don't plan on putting the peep back on.
