It doesn't say where the point has to be located. It just has to be a point. With about a month left to grow, I bet it'll make an inch.

I don't know if that point is going to make it legal. If anything it'll probablywon't look so bigonce the velvet is shed.

I would bet that within the next month that point just may make one inch. And if it did he would get an arrow through his chest if I were hunting him. However I would be absolutely sure that is was definetly long enough before shooting.

1 inch and you can nail him. He still has some growin' to do. He'll be a shooter come season.
