I'm using Rayovac batteries, they last 5 weeks. Kodak 400 film, I have not been able to get any night pictures, whats up? Anyone else have this problem?

It's probably not the batteries or film. I had another camera once and
the flash quit working on it and the night pics would all be black except
for the time and date. Have you checked the flash yet??

When you turn the unit all the way on and then turn it off does the flash go off? All of my Stealth's do that. If it doesn't then the above suggestion about the flash may be right on.

5 weeks with Rayovacs? I typically get about 3 with heavy usage.

Try setting it off yourself by walking into it. Its probably not the batteries - most of the battery life is used up advanceing the film on the stealthcam. In cold weather - duracel or energizer are really needed - but not so much in the summer from my experience.

are you getting blank pictures, indicating the flash isn't working? You might have to check the negatives because the photo finisher may not develop those so you wouldn't know by looking at your developed pics.

If you don't have any, then think of it as a good thing. 95% of all my pics are night pics, doesn't paint a rosey hunting outlook does it? For some reason every year I have an extremely high rate of night pics. I've gone entire years without a daytime pic of a buck.
