yea,and it's a shame too cause he needs at least one more season. but around here it seems if it's got horns at all it's going to get shot at come rifle season..

Well, it would be nice to live where I could let that deer walk. But, I don't. That is a very nice deer for Vermont ... I'd have to take a crack at him if he got within 30yds.

They have instituteda "no spikehorn" rule for this year, though, so it is a start to help grow some bigger bucks. We'll see if it actually works or not.

He's a great looking deer ,but I think I'd have to give him another season before taking him.

i would probably shoot him with a bow, but id have to let him walk in muzzleloader or rifle
