Target panic............fixed
#1
To everyone that helped with my target panic about a month ago. Thanks. I have finally overcome that dilema. I started by taking a couple weeks off. Then for a couple more weeks all I would do is draw my bow back with an arrow nocked and aim and let the pin floet on the bulls eye. At first this was rough, I had to concentrate very hard on just aiming, forcing myself not to shoot. I did this every other night for about ten minutes. Once I lost the urge to pull the trigger I started letting an arrow go every now and then. So far 99% of my target panic is gone. I also concentrate very hard on every aspect of the shot process. Thanks again to everyone who gave words of advice, (buckeyebuckhnter and ausie-guy)I forget whoelse did but thanks all the same. I can go back to the joy and fun of archery!

Glad to hear it....and if your target panic should ever reoccur then just follow the same process again. As long as you relax and focus on the important things everything else will fall into place.

Glad to hear that you got it all fixed. Its good to have issues like that, where you can over come them and become better for it. Congrats on your success and good luck during hunting season.
