Ok I have gold tip xt's 5575. I am shooting allegiance at 28 inch arrow 71lb with 100 grain tip. Chart on gold tip says I still can use 4 more lb. Am I ok or underspined???

TAP shows waaaay weak, like in the red almost off the scale. And that is with a 28 inch draw. Gold tips are usually weaker than what they list from what I understand. Even the 7595's show up a little weak with the poundage, length and tip weight. Again that is with a 28 inch draw. If you have a 29 inch they will be even weaker.

According to my program you would have to shoot 55 lbs to get that arrow to spine right. I figured it with a patriot though since your bow was not in the database I have. They have pretty simular dimensions though, if anything your bow developes more energy.

I don't use gold tips, so only going by what the program says and what I've heard. The little arrow charts you see for carbon arrows are pretty cheesy and don't take into acount nearly enough info to be accurate any way. At least in my opinion any way.
