I'd check on ebay for a deal ,I bought mine from a camera shop and it was the Bushnell 800 ,it worked great for 6 years and then I made a serious mistake by forgeting to take the battery out ,it corroded up on me and wouldn't work even after cleaning .I sent it to Bushnell and believe it or not they sent me a brand new Sport for the cost of repair's .
I was very satisfied with thier customer relation's .

I have also dealt with Bushnell customer service about a spotting scope that got broken in half by my own fault. They could not repair it but sold me a better replacement complete with case and tripod for only 70 bucks. I have no fear of dealing with bushnell.

Rangefinders are allowed in Idaho unless they are attached to either the bow or the rifle. I have hunted there the last couple of years and after reading the Rick_Reno post, I called Idaho Fish and Game to make sure I was not breaking the law.
