RE: Cam 1/2 bows
cam and half is mostly hoyt and reflex wich is owned by hoyt. there basically the same as all other cams. they have sealed ball bearings and pull VERY nice and smooth. im 15 and just shoot 60 pounds for all my target shooting and stuff. went to try reflex grizzly it was set on 67 pounds and pulled it back without to much problem.

I don't think they are hard to tune, or do you mean keep in tune? I have a 05 cam & 1/2 bow and it is no more of a problem than the singles, but you really can't compare it to my old singles, or the twin I have. The new ones are very user friendly except for the fact that all bow manufactures could easiler give a center shot measurment, but don't. I don't know why other than maybe their the ones selling the lasers.
ANY BOW MANUFACTURES HERE. DID YOU HERE ME. EASY WAY TO ONE UP THE COMPETETION I WOULD THINK.

"I was wondering how much harder they are to tune than the single cam models? "
Replace the word harder with the word easyer , and Id say they are way easyer to tune and stay that wat much much longer .

I think that with any cam system you will find that they all have their quirks. The new hybrid/cam.5 systems do away with many of the problems that single cam systems originally exhibited in much the same way that single cam systems addressed some of the problems originally found in conventional dual cam designs.

The AR 34 Ram and a Half is sweetness personified! The new PSE Vengeance is a Cam and a Half also comes in with the single NRG cam. Nice bows both of them. My other bow is a PSE Stingray and has a very agressive single cam. No tuning issues with either the AR and the Stinger. I love them both.

I've never owned a Hybrid cam bow, although the Darton and Hoyt brands appeal to me.As far as tuning, I really feel a single cam bow will not get out of tune as easy as a dual cam bow but...........I think its easier to correct dual camissues.
My next bow will be either a hybrid cam or dual cam.............just not that fond of one cams.
