new area to hunt need some advice

I checked out the layout of the land on maps.google.com. It looks as though you are pretty close to the city and that is one of the bigger sections of timber in the area. You are right about the pinch point on the north east side of the section just north of that timber, I would concentrate your efforts there. You may want to get two stand locations one on the Northwest side and another on the Southeast side of the pinch point so that you can hunt in different winds. What about the west side of that field where the creek turns south? Any deer movement coming from the south right there? Looks like a great place to hunt! Good luck!

on that west side where the creeks turns south i did see a rubline there with a few scrapes, but i know for a fact a guy bowhunts there but also know for fact noone hunts the pinchpoint

The prevailing wind should be out of the southwest,so start on the north or east sides. The mornings try closer to the big woods or bedding,don't get winded . Good luck, looks like a good spot.
