That is one of the Added benefits of the new Bowtech Equalizer cams. There are variences in everything, a slight deflection difference.... MM in lenght... These cams compensate for the "Defects" in manufacturing. Now as for the answer you recieved from Mathews, Sounds like one hell of a cop-out. The Limbs should ALWAYS fit snug. if not how would you control your Tiller, Axle-Axel. I would sell it and become BOWTECHBOY....

Just giving you a hard time, I have always liked Mathews.I would say that something is messed up and that bow has a lifetime waranty so they should fix any problems with it. I would take it in to a shop and get their opinion and get ahold of Mathews again.
Good luck.

As for cracking limbs, I guarantee you EVERY manufature out there has the same problem. the Blanks that are used to create Limbs are far from defect free. As any bow hunter has seen or heard of at their local proshop. ....But then again you did say you have always liked Mathews, maybe you don't know better!
Sorry had to go there!!!

My father or myself have never had a problem with our Mathews bows and I have had 2 in the last 7 years and he has had 3 in probably the last 10 years. Bowtech is having quite a few cracked limbs on their 2004 models, which is why I was giving warrior a hard time.
