That is one of the Added benefits of the new Bowtech Equalizer cams. There are variences in everything, a slight deflection difference.... MM in lenght... These cams compensate for the "Defects" in manufacturing. Now as for the answer you recieved from Mathews, Sounds like one hell of a cop-out. The Limbs should ALWAYS fit snug. if not how would you control your Tiller, Axle-Axel. I would sell it and become BOWTECHBOY....
Do they prevent the limbs from cracking? Just giving you a hard time, I have always liked Mathews.

I would say that something is messed up and that bow has a lifetime waranty so they should fix any problems with it. I would take it in to a shop and get their opinion and get ahold of Mathews again.
