Just so you guys know...broadheads are sharp. LOL

My buddy was up here shooting with me and he shoots Muzzy 125 broadheads. We lined his bow up and I said to shoot his broadheads and see how they fly. They were flying about 4inches low at 20. 5inches low at 30. 7inches low at 40. So he's still shooting the field tips, and he's going to line up the broadheads next week or the week after.

But while taking one of the arrows out, I scratched my finger. Nothing major. Just alittle scratch. So, broadheads are sharp.

Yeah tell me about it! I once and once only took a satellite aero off without a bh wrench and sliced my middle finger from the cuticle to the bone and half way to my knuckle on the under side of my finger. Needless to say it really hurt and I won't do that again. I guess you live and learn.

Bigbulls,
I hate to admit it but the same thing has happened to me before. Luckily it was my bow hand instead of my string hand since at the time I was still shooting fingers. That would have really made it bad! Anyways, that'll NEVER happen to me again. <img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle>
