Are all diamonds created equal?

Shouldn't be, but, it is IMO always best to support your local pro shop. That way, you not only keep your dollar in your area, but you ensure proper set up and some place to go when you need repairs.

While I agree with using a local pro shop, if there is not a Bowtech/Diamond dealer within a reasonable distance, those two stores do have an archery shop. Whether they are reliable and knowledgeable is the question.

I have been shooting a Diamond ( Poison ) for 8 years now. It has been an excellent bow. Quiet and fast. with Bowtech owning them now I think they will become even more popular. The widowmaker is an awsome bow to. Let us know which one you get.

The bows are created equal but the service is not going to be. The people who set up bows a Cableas are not properly trained to set bows up for an individual in my opinion. I see a lot of people here in K.C. bring bows into to be reset up from Cabelas and have to pay to have it done right.

There is no difference between the Diamonds sold at the local pro shop and the ones sold at Cabelas. They are the same bows. However, as the others illustrated, the experience and service you receive from a reputable pro shop goes along was towards a more pain free and pleasant shooting experience.
