Over Christmas I purchased the Cabelas Stillhunter ES1 rainsystem. I have worn a couple of times and am very impressed with its durability, waterproofness, compact size and especially the QUIETNESS!!! I have went through two different rain suits, Cabelas Gortex & Cabelas Rain Suede, they did well with keeping me dry but they just aren't as quiet as I like...

I have an MT050 packable jacket from Cabelas that I use if it's raining. I really don't worry too much (although it is a factor) about noise however. I usually only waer rain gear if its raining hard and if that's the case there is already a lot of noise in the woods. Especially at ground level.
