Default which is the best hoyt bow?

What do you guys think is the best hoyt bow the VIPER TEC,V TEC or X TEC. The bow would be for shooting target and hunting. Is one alot better than others. Can't figure out the differance they all have the same cam. These are the bows i want for hunting this year I hope if i can get a job with my friends dad in texas doing some construction. thank for the info .

It all depends on what your are looking for. I for one have a longer draw length and am taller than average. I went with the Protec because of the longer draw length and the longer ATA. It is more forgiving for me. If I had a shorter draw length I would be more apt to go with a shorter brace heigth and shorter ATA. Alot of it depends on you and what you are looking for. They are all great bows just set up a little different for diferent people and different applications.

DO YOU REALLY WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY ON A HOYT WHEN YOU CAN BUY A REFLEX FOR ALOT LESS.

I bought the reflex grizzly. Same cam and 1/2 system. The limbs look like the biggest difference but the grizz was still rated at 305 IBO.

The VTec has the new riser and a custom grip. Other then that it is the XTec. I would guess that next year the XTec will disappear.

For TARGET and hunting, none of the above. Once you throw target into the mix, you really want to be looking at the Ultratec and Protec. But to choose one from the list, definitely the Vtec.

I wasn't talking about real target shooting. I shoot a bow that is 32 ata for target because it is a hunting bow. I'm not to tall about 5.4 if that makes a difference.

Smitty how smooth is the vipertec dose it fell like 60 if that is what it is set at cause i heard that the cam and a half dosn't fell like what you are pulling.
