RE: PSE Nova Reviews
My Father In-Law got into bowhunting about a year ago. His first bow was a PSE Nova Arson Cam. He bought it new, bare bow, for about $180. I set the bow up for him with a Cobra Sight, WB, 4" stabilizer, cat whiskers, carbon arrows. The camo on the bow is nothing to brag about, I believe it's called "Forest Floor" or something along those lines. It's not a very detailed camo, but it's not too hard on the eyes either. The PSE Novas are available with many different cam configurations. The arson cam Nova is (if I remember correctly) 37" A2A with a 7.5" brace height. The bow was very easy to set-up, it paper tuned easily and didn't need alot of tweeking. Over about a year, however, the string and cable have deteriorated quite a bit. I've since made a new string/cable for it out of 8125 and it's been shooting great. IMHO, this is a great bow for the money. Besides the crappy factory string/cable it has performed flawlessly. My Father In-Law has actually killed 2 deer with it out of a ground blind. Hope this helps. Robert

RE: PSE Nova Reviews
I had a PSE Nova until recently, and now I've sold it to my dad. It was a solid little bow with no major complaints for it's price. Sure my new Bowtech shoots faster and smoother, but it also cost way more...IMO PSE Nova is a great bow to start with.
