Default Turning down the powndage?

My girlfriend has the parker challanger bow and i was wondering how many turns i can go when turning down the poundage? I went down 5 so far but i know most bows you can go 6 or 7.

My book for my Hoyt says no more then 10 turns. My bow is 60 to 70 lbs I turned them out 8 turns and now its 50lbs draw weight I've been shooting with it that way to get setup for turkey season.

I called Hoyt customer service to find out about my Reflex grizzly. They told me 5 turns maximum and its 2 lbs per turn for my bow. After tinkering with it it was as said 5 turns from top to bottom.
