Yes you can shoot fieldpoints into a Yellow Jacket. BUT be prepared for a tug-of-war to pull them out. I have the smaller BLOCK target that I set on top of my Yellow Jacket. I use the Block for fieldpoints and the Yellow Jacket for broadheads. I like to step back to 60 yards and shoot a few arrows especially after I refletch them just to watch how they fly. It amazes me how a broadhead can pull so easy out of the Yellow Jacket and a fieldpoint is like pulling teeth.
Broadheads are a little rough on the Yellow Jacket as you pull them out, But it is the best broadhead target I have found.

For the money it is the best broadhead target out there. It beats the Block hands down. But it is not made for field points. You can shoot broadheads with practice blades into it also and they come out OK. I just use a bag target right next to it for field points or a 3D deer.

A new target on the market called the Compound King is better than the Yellow Jacket and costs less. Check it out www.archerytargets.com

I have a yellow jacket target, it is an awesom target for the money. If you shoot field points into it, have fun. My friend shot one into my target to see, and almost couldn't get his arrow out.
