I used both, including the Trophy taker pretty hard. Here is my two cents:

The Trophy is accurate, very accurate. But, IMO too noisy and I don't like fussing with the moleskin on the prongs. I am also not a big fan of a string hook-up to the cable. Always made me nervous.

The Trophy Ridge is a nice rest. Quiet, durable and seems the accuracy is very good as well. But its a mammoth of a rest in size and weight and I dont care for the string hook up again.

One thing I noticed about both is the arrow containment stinks on both. The Trophy Taker does not contain the arrow well from the factory. Either did the Trophy Ridge.

It appears that i am going to end up going with the Shakey Hunter mostly from a finanical standpoint since it seems that they are both pretty equivalent.


Now i have to decide on a sight
