I would have to agree that shooting broadheads in any of the supposedly " years of shooting targets" , there is just no way they can stand up to it. I personally have a block target, the biggest one they make. I have been shooting it for 3 years now with field points only and it is hardly even scratched. As far as a good broadhead target; it can be expensive but if u can find a couple of friends to buy in with you, you can get a piece of foam they use to float boat docks on at most lakes. It is usually cut in blocks 12' X6' X2' . I have had one now for 8 years that I use strictly for broadheads and it serves as a great backstop behind your normal target.

Yes Navy, those measurements were feet, and yes it is huge. As to how much the cost, the last time I priced a piece that size was around $400.00. They make some that are smaller. Thats why I said you might want to get a friend to go in with you. You can take a chain saw and cut it down the middle and still have a huge piece of foam to use or even cut it into 3 pieces if you like. A word of advice though, if you shoot a field tip into this stuff, most time u have too lay it on the ground and stand on top of the foam to get the arrow out, just until u get that area loosened up. But it does a great job.
