Have an Iceman and absolutely love it. Can't say anything about the Admiral but i bet it is a sweet shooter. To tell you the truth any of them for free is one hell of a deal!

Again we need to know if your a regular at shooting bows and your strength will play a huge part in it too. If your new to archery then the Iceman will be more forgiving and easier to pull due to the single cam.
If your a seasoned archer like a lot of us are then the Admiral might be better for you, But I must say if your older and not as strong as you once were then again the Iceman is the bow with alot smoother valleyon the draw, I find the Admiral a tad to hard to pull in the minus-30 weather up here after sitting for 4 or more hours.But as most will say shoot all 3 and feel for your self, Good luck with your choice,all 3 are winners in my opinion.

all of them sound good but I would probly go with the admiral too
