Default Arrow saws

Can anyone tell me the difference between Apple, Weston, and American Archeryarrow saws except for the price. I would like to hear the pros and cons of the quality and ease of use before I invest my money in one.

Good question... Unfortunately I can't tell you what the differences are . Used Apple for few arrows but got better results with a Bosh angle grinder in some 3rd party holder. The Apple seemed to be just ok but the whole saw is just to large for my workshop and I smoked a 220V to 110V adapter so I gave up. Another thing, the 5000rpm saws aren't good for film coated carbon arrows. Tends to split it if you don't take care.

Forgot to mention... It took 55$ to buy the holder, grinder and 3 different wheels

I bought a reconditioned 8000 rpm saw from Weston and have had no problems with it.
Definitely go with the 8000 rpm if you are cutting carbons.
