Welcome to the forums! I have one. Its not the first stand I take to the woods. Its rather heavy. I do like how comfortable it is. It is also fairly quiet. I usually take a lighter climber, (Gorilla), with me if I have to pack it in far. I have left that climber in the woods for a few months at a time before. Like I said its heavy but comfortable. If I can leave it I will. Its a good climber for the price.

I didn't see where it was TMA (Treestand Manufacturer's Association) certified. I wouldn't buy it if it wasn't, IMO.

Mine did come with the certification. I agree with you. I wouldn't buy a stand without either. Edit; None of the stands on Sportsmansguide sight list a TMA cert. including many big names that I know have it. At least not the ones I checked. They really should list that in thier ads.
