    I am lookingtoward anew string for my Bear Instinct, can you guys give me the best top 3 custom strings choices in you opinion. I have heard that the strings most new bows come with are crap, is this true? I have already switched the cable slide with an aftermarket teflon slide.

    There are several quality strings on the market. VaporTrail is a top choice!!

    Bucknasty ( gibblet here on the forum) gets my top vote

    VaporTrail are good as Dan sugested.

    Winners Choice but they are expensive.

    I have a set of Bucknasty strings and cables on my Hoyt that I have shot a LOT! John does top shelf work!

    I have also had good luck with Vapor Trail as well.
