Default LONE WOLF OMEGA LADDER STAND

HEY GUYS,

I WAS LOOKING AT THE LONE WOLF OMEGA STAND...I WAS WONDERING A FEW QUESTIONS...

1. IS IT WORTH THE PRICE?
2. HOW IS THE PORTABILITY? WEIGHT OF CARRY/ USE

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PEOPLE STEALING MY STANDS AND WOULD LIKE TO GET A LADDER STAND BUT I HAVE TO PUT IT UP AND TAKE IT DOWN WHILE HUNTING EACH TIME. IF ANYBODY HAS THIS PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW YOU FEEL...MY FIRST THOUGHT IS THAT ITS A LITTLE PRICY, BUT IF ITS EASY TO USE AND I CAN DETER THEFT BY REMOVING IT EACH TIME, I GUESS IT IS A SMALL PRICE TO PAY AFTER ALL....ANY FEELINGS/ OPINIONS ARE WELCOME

PLEASE HELP!!!

CHAPPY

At 70 lbs, I wouldn't exactly call it "portable"....

probably very solid stand, but at over $500 it's too much $$ for me.

i think u need this system..ur in and out,..and it u want to hunt the next morning..u can leave it
if u are departing at last light. i will leave my sticks on and take my stand...only take 15sec to remove
the stand. leave the one strap hanging....i have straps all over the woods...no one has
ever taken on...i do hunt private land, but last year i hunted a public spot and i left one strap
in there for a year lone wolf is by far the best hangon made...period

I have seen this stand and have no doubt that it is a solid stand and is worth the money, but as faras portable stands go this is not one of them. I would go with Todd's suggestion and get either the Alpha of Assault hang-on and a set of Lone Wolf Sticks. I Believe this set-up to be the most mobile hang-on set-up in the woods today.

yes and if u have 4 -5 extra straps..its like having that many stands. i have even put screw in
steps in trees and have my strap there. if i enter in the dark..i can go straight up the tree. the
stand is solid..no noise...light...functional
